Commercial construction company is seeking a seasoned, senior project manager to manage all aspects of open jobs from start to finish. Including onsite labor, subcontractors, hiring and negotiating, providing detailed tasks to internal departments to assist with the project requirements, scheduling, weekly meetings including submittance of meeting minutes, trip reports, weekly status reports, manage and maintain contractual agreements, budgets and specification requirements. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 plus years in project management with in the construction industry. A four year degree in a relevant curriculum is mandatory for this role.
